Internet Explorer 7.0 users. A problem was reported to us on 12-7-06 that the web site was mis-functioning. There is a simple fix for your computer that you will need to do.
1. Under your "tools" menu please select "internet options".
2. You will need to click the "settings" button under browsing history.
3. Under the first options 'check for newer version of stored pages' you will need to select "every time i visit the web page" just click ok and close all the pages.
